調粉:加入麵粉、鹽、些許糖、胡椒、烹大師或味精。
鹽一開始無需加太多,味道不夠之後還可補救。
攪拌均勻後開始加入水(三杯麵粉約兩杯半的水,自行判斷),之後再加入蛋與油等,用打蛋器,攪拌均勻。無須太稠,約輕易滴下即可。
餅味道不重沒關係,之後可用醬油、香油、蠔油、黑醋之類自行混合調沾醬。
接著開始加入之前切細的料,用湯杓從下往上拌勻,充分攪和後準備煎。

不沾鍋,無需加油,將調好的東西加入鍋內,大致上壓著,讓其厚度均勻,數杓後形成個圓形。(越扁越脆,自行調控)接著加蓋。

等到頂部約成半熟的顏色後(些微透明之類的),即可拋鍋翻面,然後再加蓋煮到熟即可。整體約10來分鐘。
